Eighth Annual Polar Bear Plunge February 7 in Fredericksburg
By Susan Larson.

The Wounded EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Warrior Foundation’s Eighth Annual Polar Bear Plunge will take place in Fredericksburg on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015.
