Music on the Steps 2015 Schedule

Central Rappahannock Regional Library (CRRL) is celebrating 30 years of Music on the Steps in 2015. Beginning Monday, June 1, and continuing every Monday in June, July and August, area musicians will perform live from 7 – 8 p.m. on the steps of Headquarters Library in downtown Fredericksburg.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket, and a picnic dinner. In case of rain, concerts move into the library theater.
Headquarters Library is located at 1201 Caroline St., Fredericksburg.

June 8, Dixie Power Trio – Zydeco & N’Awlins Jazz
June 15, Laurie Rose Griffith and Peter Mealy – Acoustic folk, pop, jazz, and original songs
June 22, Barbara Martin & Bob Bowen – Eclectic mix of jazz, blues, and award-winning originals
June 29, The Company Stores – “Good Ole American Music”
July 6, Rill Street Blues Band – Blues
July 13, Davis Bradley – Bluegrass music, offering smooth harmonies with an acoustic blend
July 20, Moch Pryderi – Celtic music of Wales
July 27: Celtic Machinations – Celtic music with an American twist
August 3, Jeni & Billy – Appalachian Folk and Bluegrass
August 10, Don Brown’s Soul Experience – Classic Soul
August 17, Dana & Susan Robinson – Appalachian old time music and contemporary songwriting
August 24, Doc Scantlin & His Imperial Palms Orchestra – The 18-piece ensemble swings with manic abandon through the early Great American Songbook
