Flood Watch February 16 for the Fredericksburg Region
A flood watch is in effect for the Fredericksburg region on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016. This includes Culpeper, Orange, Spotsylvania, Stafford and King George.
Freezing rain is expected to change to all rain after daybreak, the National Weather Service said. Heavy rain of up to 1.5 inches combined with melting snow means flooding is possible. Tuesday’s high should reach 54.
